Ains Beauty Salon Ltd is a friendly, well-established salon in the heart of Reigate. We are looking for a qualified Level 2/3 Beauty Therapist to join our growing team.

 

About the role:

You will be providing high-quality treatments in a calm, professional, and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Facials and advanced skin treatments
• Massage therapies
• Machine-based treatments
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism

Requirements (to be included in CV):

• Level 2 or 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
• Confident in facials, massage, and machine work
• Willing to receive training in LPG, CACI, and most importantly Japanese Head Spa
• Very punctual and reliable
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented
• Passionate about beauty and client care
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations and team performance
• Deliver advanced treatments including skin peels, microneedling, laser, advanced facials, and corrective skin programmes
• Conduct professional consultations and bespoke treatment planning
• Drive retail sales, client retention, and business growth
• Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, compliance, and client care

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 minimum (Level 4 in Advanced Aesthetics desirable)
• Proven management or senior therapist experience
• Strong expertise in advanced, results-focused skin treatments
• Professional, polished, and commercially aware
